Walter Edward Worthington, age 40, went to be with his mother and our Lord on January 30, 2024 at his home in Waco.  He was born February 7, 1983.

He was a beloved husband and father figure, son, brother, grandson, uncle, cousin and friend to many.  Walter was a talented and creative soul and entrepreneur. He was a truck driver, ADT security tech as well as the creator of “Wally’s Custom Creations”, “Love is Love Candles by Wally” and “Chubby Guys Clothing Line”.  Affectionately known by many names, such as Cubby, Boo, Wally Fat Boi, Wall-E and Bubba.  His laughter, loving and joyful nature will be missed by many who had the privilege to of known him.  On January 2, 2024 he said it all ~ “You never know when the sand of your hourglass is going to run out, so I just wanted to say I Love You and Tomorrow is Not Promised!”

Walter is survived by his husband, Jose Caro; father, Gene Worthington; step-father, Clint Styron; grandmother, Charlotte Owens; brother, Ethan Worthington; sisters, Stacie Trovinger and Ashleigh Smith; step-grandparents, Bill and Beverly Styron, as well as many aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces and cousins.  Walter was also a father figure to Aiden Waltman, J.J. Caro and Isaac Caro.

Walter was preceded in death by his mother, Carole Styron; grandparents, Walt and Dorthy Worthington, Edward Smith and Aundry Gainey; and several aunts and uncles.

Always remember…
