Tommy Gene Kroll 58, of Waco, passed away suddenly Monday, March 7, 2022.

Funeral Service: 2 PM Saturday, March 12 at Lake Shore Funeral Home Chapel. Reception and fellowship will follow the service in the funeral home’s reception center. All are invited.

Visitation: 6 – 8PM Friday, March 11 at Lake Shore Funeral Home.

Tommy was born November 26, 1963 in Waco to Leslie and Bonnie (Toten) Kroll. He graduated from China Spring High School in 1982. He retired from the McLennan County Sheriff’s Office as a courthouse bailiff in 2015, after 24 years of service. He was a loving “Dad” and “Poppy” to his family. Tommy loved the outdoors, especially hunting; but family was of most importance. He knew Jesus as his Lord and Savior.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Tommy is survived by his daughters, Kayla Kroll-Keller and husband Clark, and Halley Kroll; grandchildren, Kaiden Robertson, Chloe Keller, and Engel Keller; brothers, Raymond Kroll and wife Glenda, Ronnie Kroll and wife Theresa, Alton Kroll and wife Becky, and Glenn Kroll and wife Deidra; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Memorials: St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

Place of Service: Lake Shore Funeral Home Chapel , 5201 Steinbeck Bend; Waco, TX 76708
