Taylor East Ryberg

ryberg.

Taylor East Ryberg was called home by our Lord and Savior in a tragic auto accident on Saturday, August 29, 2015. He answered that call.

Memorial service:  11 a.m., Saturday, September 5, at the Top Hand Cowboy Church, 15123 N. Hwy 6, in Valley Mills, Texas.

Taylor was born in El Paso, Texas, on January 30, 1966 to Duane and Jill Ryberg. Jill and Taylor’s second father, Frank Brennan, moved him and his brothers to the Waco area in 1980 where he attended China Spring schools. There he excelled at sports and lived life to the fullest.

On September 12, 1996, Taylor married the love of his life, Della. He was a loving father to two precious children, Cody and Macy. Some of his proudest moments were Cody becoming a master plumber and watching Macy as she entered her junior year at the University of North Texas. Taylor loved long motorcycle rides with Della and spending quality time with his family. Taylor had a heart of gold and he and Della would donate their time to volunteer at Friends for Life. That same heart was extended to animals where Taylor had a hard time passing up a stray and finding a home for it.

Taylor was self-employed in the construction field where he worked tirelessly to provide for his family. He had a generous spirit and it was not uncommon for him to donate his services to the less fortunate.

Taylor was preceded in death by his second father, Frank E. Brennan; uncle, Gary Moltane; grandparents, Jack Hervey, Virginia Miller, Carl Ryberg, and Dorothy Ryberg.

He is survived by his wife, Della Ryberg; his son and daughter-in-law, Cody and April Ryberg and their daughter, Bryleigh; his daughter, Macy; his parents, Jill and Elmer Halter, and Duane Ryberg; his brothers, Lance, Shannon, Brad, Chad Ryberg, and Lee Bauman; sister, Jessie Ryburg; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.

The family takes great comfort in the faith that Taylor had and are anxiously awaiting a reunion with him.

In lieu of flowers, monetary donations may be made in Taylor Ryberg’s name to: No Limitations Athletics, a special needs ministry of Central United Methodist Church, 5740 Bagby Ave., Waco, TX 76712. Checks should be made to CUMC with the notation “No Limitations.
