Tamara Louise Patton, 64, of Speegleville, passed away peacefully at The Atrium of Bellmead on March 29, 2024. Tammy was born May 8, 1959 in Oklahoma City, OK where she had a fantastic childhood. Tammy was a daughter, wife, sister, aunt, and loyal friend to many.
She was preceded in death by parents, Charles and Sherry Patton, and husband Charles Michael Moody.
Tammy is survived by her sister, Michele (Earl) Torrence, nephew Tyler Torrence and many cousins. Melissa (Nick) Barbian, her daughter Mica and sweet little Ava, were special cousins to Tammy.
Special thanks given to Halcyon Hospice of Waco, Mallory, Ashley, Melissa, and Michelle, who all went above and beyond. Many, many thanks to everyone at The Atrium of Bellmead, where Tammy lived these last 3 years. Apologies because some will be missed, but Tammy and family wanted to recognize and thank some staff at the Atrium; Marshall, Mikayley, Carmen, Margaret, Kayla, Kim, Cynthia, Loretta, Kendall, Jen, and Mary (thanks for the rose). Tammy was funny, caring, kind and STRONG! Great care was given. Thanks and love to Betty Gilmore, a fantastic roommate and human being.
The world needs more neighbors like Doug and Mitzi plus the brave neighbors led by Wendy.

Michelle, I am so sorry for your loss. I know Tammy was an awesome sister to you and you will miss her greatly. I only meet her a few times but she was a light of spirit and smiles when I saw her.
