Patsy was born July 27, 1945 in Clifton to Herbert and Melba Lee (Morris) Leck. She was a registered nurse by trade. She was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Clifton.
She was preceded in death by her parents; stepfather, C.B. Scott; and two infant daughters, Karen and Julie.
Survivors include daughter, Angie Cagle of Forney; son, Michael Armstrong of Ft. Worth; grandson, Taylor "T.J." Crenshaw of Forney; sister, Rita Pruitt and husband Ray of Tennessee; brother, Kenneth Leck and wife Janice of Palacios; and several nieces.
