Norman H. Neureuther, 91, passed away Monday, Feb. 5, 2018 at Stoney Brook of Hewitt, Texas.

Celebration of Life Service: 10AM Saturday, February 10, 2018 at Stoney Brook of Hewitt located at 151 Royal Drive Hewitt, Texas 76643.

Norman was born Jan. 8, 1927, the son of Arthur and Cecilia Neureuther of Buffalo, New York.

He served as a Gunner’s Mate 3rd Class aboard the USS Shangri-La during WW II and was proud of his military service.

Norman was the Safety Supervisor at American Welding and Manufacturing in Warren, OH., receiving numerous State and National accreditations before retiring in 1991.

Norman served his Lord in many ways at Trinity Lutheran Evangelical Church in Warren, OH and Grace Lutheran Church in Victoria, TX.

Norman will be deeply missed by his brother, Charles Neureuther of Lisbon Falls, ME; his children, Barbara (Lowrie) Law of Wattsburg, PA, Sharon (Alphonse) Buffalari of Erie, PA., Mark (Linda) Roloff of Warren, OH., Anne (Chris) Johnson of Hewitt, TX., Stephen (Laura) Cole of Redmond, WA. Nadine Lawler of Niles, Ohio; and Christopher (Becky) Cole of Duvall, WA. He was a proud grandfather of 13 Grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren and 6 great great grandchildren.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his first wife, Lois Neureuther; and his second wife, Joyce Ellen Neureuther; his brothers, Arthur and James Neureuther; his sisters, Theresa Neureuther, Cecilia Baker,  and Ethel Mages; his granddaughter, Cara Milani, and great grandson, Joshua Buffalari.
