Jack Stanley, 70, of China Spring, passed away Friday, August 6, 2010 at his residence. Graveside services will be 2PM Monday, August 9th at China Spring Cemetery with Allen Mayfield officiating. For those attending the service, please come as Jack would. Visitation will be 6 to 8PM Sunday, August 8th at Lake Shore Funeral Home, 5201 Steinbeck Bend in Waco. He was preceded in death by his parents, Eugene and Evelyn (Eddings) Stanley.

Survivors include wife of 30 years, Donna Stanley of China Spring; sons, Dickie Stanley and wife Darcey of Seymour, and Bobby Stanley and wife Barbara of Electra; daughters, LaDonna Jo Delano and husband David of China Spring, Candace Stanley-Spriggs and husband Scott of West, Michelle Richter and husband Jeff of Elm Mott, Rachel Moore and husband Gary of Ft. Worth, Bette Sue Otto and husband Joe of Missouri, and Tammy Jaye of Oklahoma; 17 grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; step-mother, Welda Stanley of Waco; brothers, George Ray Stanley of Fairfield, and Mike Stanley of Waco; and sisters, Barbara Merkel of Nevada, and Darlene Dawson of Waco.

Honorary pallbearers will be his grandchildren.
