Christopher Scott Pavelka

C Pavelka

Christopher Scott Pavelka was born November 29, 1972 in Corsicana, Texas to Sue Ann Waller and James Raymond Pavelka. He grew up in Garland, Texas, and attended South Garland High School & Kemp High School.

After graduation, Chris worked as a machinist, and started a family. Chris went on to get his electricians license and moved between Huntsville and Dallas. In 2015, Chris met the love of his life, Angie, and moved to Waco.

Chris loved his family near and far. He loved fishing, woodworking and drawing. Angie would often be Chris’s assistant on any projects he was working on. He and Angie made washer boards, wood carvings, and even finished out his nephew Bradain’s room. Chris loved throwing knives with his brother, Todd, playing washers with friends and talking on the phone for hours with Christi. Chris & Christi were twins and truly had a ‘twin bond’ that kept them close throughout the years.

Chris and Angie had a beautiful blended family and enjoyed life.

Chris was preceded in death by his parents, Sue Ann Waller Windham and James Raymond Pavelka.

Chris is survived by his wife, Angie Pavelka; children, Cecile Pavelka, Tehya Pavelka, Wyatt Pavelka, Savannah Pavelka, Ashley Strong, Ricky Cairns, Charlotte Cairns, Jeffery Huffman, Katie Huffman; twin sister, Christi Wilmany and her husband Clint; brother, Todd Pavelka, Sr and his wife Teresa; sister-in-law, Jennifer Lester and husband Paul; nieces and nephews, Brooke Prock, Matthew Pavelka, Jr, Adrianna Pavelka, Landree Pavelka, Farrah Smith, Bradain Smith, Waylon Wilmany, Patrick Lester, Preston Lester, Jacob Lester and Colby Lester; grandson, Reed Strong; and great nephews, Steven and Benjamin Adams, as well as a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, relatives & friends.
