Carrie Belinda Schultz, age 69, passed away Tuesday, June 27, 2023 surrounded by her loving family. Belinda was born June 8, 1954 in Valdosta, Georgia to John and Hettie (Powell) Busby. She enjoyed baking, reading, watching westerns, shopping and taking care of her cats. Belinda’s greatest joy was spending time with her children and grandchildren.
Belinda was preceded in death by her parents, John and Hettie Busby and sister, Jiropa Shestokes.
Those left to cherish her memory include her husband, Joseph P. Schultz of China Spring; daughter, Belinda A. Bailey of Hudson, NC; son, Jonathan P. Schultz and wife Jodie of China Spring; daughter, Tomi (Alec) Bailey of Pensacola, FL; sisters, Kay Sadler and husband Sidney of Parrottsville, TN and Shirley Cumbo of Hollister, FL; uncle, Harvey W. Powell and his wife Melba; grandchildren, Jonathan, Johanna and Jereksen Schultz all of China Spring and Scooter Thompson of Greensboro, NC.
Belinda’s family would like to thank Baylor Scott and White Hospice, Amber Gardner, RN and Pastor Willie Winters with New Bethel FW Baptist Church in Bybee, TN for their loving care and compassion.
