Carl Louis Morgan, 64, of Waco, lovingly known as Bill, Midnight and Tip by his close family and friends, passed away peacefully October 23, 2017.

Memorial Service: 11:30 a.m. Saturday, November 4, 2017 at Lake Shore Funeral Home with a reception to follow the service at the funeral home.

Carl was born April 29, 1953 in Pelham to George and Sylvalia Morgan. He grew up in Hillsboro and graduated from the Hillsboro High School in 1972. Carl worked for numerous electrical pipeline companies as well as Hobbs Bonded Fibers. Carl loved life and his family. Bull riding and Rodeo were his passion and pastime up until March 17, 2008, when a decline in his health left him unable to participate anymore.

Carl has successfully fulfilled his journey through life, and God has made a way for him to Home. Though the hearts left behind will miss him dearly, there is peace in knowing that he is no longer suffering.

He was preceded in death by his parents, George and Sylvalia Morgan; sisters, Dorothy Ervin, Gwenda L. Smith, Sylvia Ann Sadler, and Doris Brown

Carl leaves to cherish his love and memory, the love of his life, Loretta Stephens; son, Chris Spencer; daughter, Carla Spencer and her husband, David Shaw; step-children, Ramonell Stephens and Joseph L. Stephens; four wonderful grandchildren, Katrion Spencer, Deveon Spencer, David Shaw, Jr., and Anthony Shaw; sister, Lottie Ruth Washington; brothers, Earnest Morgan and wife, Pearlette, George D. Morgand and wife, Anna B., Joe Morgan and Leroy Morgan; aunts, Idell Brown, Lucille Grayton and Katherine Powell; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, family and very devoted friends Carl worked with through the years.

The family wishes to thank Texas Home Health Care Hospice and Girling Health Care for their love and support.
