My late first husband, Fred Boehme, worked with Bruce at Fleetwood Homes. He would refer to Bruce as "Brucie Lucie". Why? I don’t know but they were very good friends and co-workers. He was a kind and gentle man and will be missed. May God bless your family and give you strength during your time of loss.

  2. Not sure that I have ever met a finer man than Bruce Pritchard. I will miss him, and will hold his entire family in my thoughts and prayers.

Ricky and I both thought so much of Bruce. His generosity from his garden epitomizes his genuine nature. He and I always had a saying to each other when we would end our conversations ….. I would say in leaving "if you need anything, I’m right down the road." Sometimes he would beat me to the punch and ask, "Where are you if I need you?" Add my reply… "right down the road". We both would smile and knew that we could count on our "right down the road" neighbor.
Now once again, he is just right down the road in glory. He will be missed but will always be right down the road in our minds and hearts.

  5. I am so sorry for the passing of Bruce. He was such a wonderful man and I cannot tell you how much I enjoyed him and getting to know him over the years of visiting with me at the bank. We would sit and talk for hours and I will miss those visits. My prayers go out to the family. Liz and Jenny I have enjoyed getting to know each of you and want you to know how much I thought of your dad. May God be with you and bless your families.

  6. I knew Bruce from HEB on 19th street. He was one of my favorite customers. He talked about how wonderful his daughters are and how he missed his loving wife. I looked forward to seeing him and recieving his hug, where he would lift me off the ground. I do believe that he was one of the most awesome men God created. My heart goes out to the family, I know he will be missed.
