Beverly Williams 2024

Beverly Schroeder Williams, 61, of Riesel, ran into the arms of Jesus on April 9, 2024.

Visitation:  5pm to 7pm Monday, April 15th at Lake Shore Funeral Home, 5201 Steinbeck Bend, Waco, TX 76708

Celebration of Life Service:  2:00 PM Tuesday, April 16th at Victorious Life Church, 7459 S. IH 35, Waco, TX 76706 with Pastor Kevin Harrison officiating.

Beverly was born June 22, 1962 in Waco, TX to Harry and Irene Schroeder.  She married her high school sweetheart, David “Cowboy” Williams, on November 22, 1980.  Her greatest joy in life was being a wife to David, a mom to her two girls, and a Boba to her 9 grandchildren.

Beverly was a woman of extraordinary faith. She loved her family, but most importantly she loved the Lord.  She possessed a contagious smile and an entertaining sense of humor.  Beverly was a friend to everyone. She was selfless, always putting everyone before herself.  She was an amazing cook, known for her mac and cheese, and she gave the best back scratches.

Beverly is survived by her husband of 43 years, David Williams; daughters, Ashleye Evetts and husband, Corey of Riesel, and Sierra Keller and husband, Dusty of Riesel; sister, Rita Rut and husband, Albert of Perry; grandchildren, Rayleigh Evetts, Cynzler Evetts, Harper Keller, Anestyn Evetts, Carstyn Evetts, Huntley Keller, Hampton Keller, and Harlow Keller.  Beverly was preceded in death by her parents, Harry and Irene Schroeder; brother, Larry Schroeder; and granddaughter, Layla Evetts.

The family is deeply grateful for the outpouring of love and prayers.  They would also like to give a special thanks to Providence ICU for their love and care of Beverly.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude’s or the Orphan’s Hands.

Place of Service: Victorious Life Church , 7459 S IH 35; Waco, TX 76706
