April King Noble, 51, of Waco, passed away unexpectedly in her sleep on Wednesday, May 1, 2024.  

Celebration of Life: Saturday, May 18 at 1:00 PM at Journey Christian Community, 10424 China Spring Rd., Waco, Texas 76708. Share a story and some laughs with those who loved April.

She was born May 2, 1972, in Garland, Texas to proud parents Robert Dallas King and Sheree Marie Green.

April is preceded in death by her mother, Sheree; uncle John Pippin; aunts Connie Pippin and Vicki Rutherford; cousin Jody Pippin, her rotund and ruthless feline Big Ripz (a.k.a Widdy Wat), and the tender, yet persnickety kitty, Baby.

April is survived by husband, Wade Noble of Lubbock, TX; son Shane Shafer of Arlington, TX; stepchildren Erica and Chandler Noble of Brownwood, TX; father Robert ‘Bob’ King and partner Brigitte Rowden of Mabank, TX; sister Wendy King Stane and partner John Pollard of Arlington, TX; sister Angie King Dennis and husband Danny Dennis of China Spring, TX; nephews Matthew and Michael Stane of Cleburne, TX and Joey Dennis of China Spring, TX; nieces Stephanie Richardson of Kansas City, MO and Jorgia Dennis of Osage Beach, MO; great nieces Amellia and Sophia Stane; Uncle Otto and Aunt Mollie Caldwell of Woodway, TX; cousin Jay and wife Brenda Pippin of China Spring, TX; cousin Carrie and husband JP Johnson of Woodway, TX; cousin Hobbie and wife Id Caldwell of Austin, TX; numerous extended family, friends, former coworkers and critters whose lives she touched along her life’s journey.

Memorial donations in her name may be made directly to the Humane Society of Central Texas or a children’s art program of your choice.

      I am so very sorry for the loss of April. We went to school together and rode the same bus. She was such a an awesome person so beautiful inside and out and had the best sense of humor. Prayers for the family my heart truly goes out to all of you.

  4. My sweet middlest sister, I wish you were here. I can hardly believe you be walking through my front door anymore. The seedlings you planted are growing like crazy. I wish you could see them. It’s been a very sad time; without you you were too young, it was too soon and it wasn’t supposed to end this way. But it did.
