We regretfully announce the passing of Amada Rios Beltran of Waco, who passed on Monday, December 18, 2023. Amada was surrounded by her family and passed away peacefully.

Our mother, Amada, was one of the strongest, most loving women to be around. Our family was blessed to have her as the head of the family. Amada made many friends while working around Waco. She was a hard worker and was never afraid to branch out and learn something new.

She would welcome anyone and everyone into her home and always made sure you had a warm plate and a full belly. She was definitely one of a kind. In 1952, she married Jesus Torres Sr and together they went on to have 7 children.

Amada was a wonderful and loving mother who gave her all to her family. We will never be able to fill the space left behind by her.

Amada was predeceased by her sons, Jose Amado Torres, and Edward Torres; daughters in law, Rose Torres and Silvia Torres; grandson, Charlie Sisneros; granddaughter, Paula Joe Torres; great grandson, Jaylen Andrade; and great granddaughter, Genesis Torres.

She is survived by son, Jesus Torres Jr., wife Francia Torres; daughter, Rose Mary Torres-Gonzales; son, Johnny Torres Sr., wife Theresa Carol Torres; son, Ricardo Torres; daughter, Erinda Torres; 19 grandchildren; 51 great grandchildren; and 7 great great grandchildren.

Services will be posted at a later time.
