  9. My heart is truly saddened hearing that Robin has gone home. Curt, you & Robin were such a wonderful part of my WHS life. I’ve said before that we can’t choose in this life who we’re related to by blood. Some wonderful people we meet in this life’s journey we adopt in our hearts as “family”. You & Robin were those kind of people to me! Reason, season, lifetime. Y’all definitely were reason & season to me. If I hadn’t moved away, I’m sure we would’ve been lifetime. Sending up prayers for comfort & peace for the whole family. May God’s comforting arms be wrapped tightly around you all.

I can’t tell you all the memories that have come to surface for me since Friday -some that caused me to laugh out loud and some that caused me great sadness. You are in my thoughts always as well Curt. One thing for certain with Robin was her endless love for you Curt. It was the kind of love most people wait a lifetime to find–if ever. 33. Mark Donaldson Family

Dear Curt — we truly know how much Robin has been through over the years. These last few years have been extremely tough physically and mentally for both of you. This last year took a toll on Robin’s health. She was always asking me to pray for others instead of for herself. She lived for you, Chris, Ben, and her grandsons. She stuck right by you through your liver transplant and babied you to no end. Memories of her love and dedication will live forever, so hold on to Jesus so you can meet her in heaven.

  34. James Cleveland

    Curt, Chris and Ben,
We are truly saddened by Robin’s passing. She was such an encourager to us in our early days of marriage and as your neighbors on Joy Drive. I remember her helping me to recognize the signs of early labor with Michael. She always had a smile for us. We pray that you will know the peace that only God can bring today and in the days to come.

  42. Jennifer Hartline (Tommy and Vicky's daughter)

Curt, I cannot tell you how sorry I was to hear of Robin’s passing. I have so many fond memories of you both from my childhood. I always felt like my parents had the coolest friends. You guys, Larry and Ellen, Corky, Gary Long, all of you seemed like super heroes to me. Such larger than life characters who always had a funny story. My prayers are with you and your family.

  43. Robin, my first memory of you is when I was around 10 years old. It was freezing out and the bus, good ole no.57 didn’t want to crank that morning. Mr. Ray made the rounds in his little pick-up truck to see that all of us who had a good walk to the bus stop, weren’t left standing in the cold without warning. Instead of going back home, hard headed little me said “we want to go to school!” So my little sister and baby brother who was then about 5 years old piled into the bed of the truck and thought it would be a quick ride. I was wrong! By the time we got to Joy Dr. We were freezing out buns off and you told Mr. Ray to leave us there with you. You’re house was so warm and inviting, with crosses on every wall. Almost as if the Lord was keeping your house warm. You cooked us breakfast, and it was delicious! Many years later you took me and a bunch of us to hike at Cameron Park. On the way there, we rocked out to Led Zeplin, a CD from your collection. That was my first memory of one of my favorite bands and of my beloved park. We all have our stormy winters in life but in my mind you will always be that warm and smiling beacon on the coldest winter morning. A memory filled with music, sunshine, love and God. I love you honey! Someday we will meet again, on those golden shores of light! Rock on sweet, beautiful friend, until then!

  44. Dear Curt and family, my heart goes out to you and your loss. I will always remember Robin’s smile and her capacity to love everyone she was close to, please accept my sympathy and know my life was better for knowing Robin, may she rest in peace.

  45. Curt & Family,

Curt and family, I can’t wrap my head around your loss of Robin. God called her home and she is well and whole waiting on your time to join her. Since junior high, I remember your smile and your friendly, fun loving nature. Life has challenges and you have had more than your share. But once again, God asked you to recognize the message in the mess and find strength and grace through His love. Love you dear friend. Call on those friends and we will support you during this time in your life.

  49. Curt,
