Frances was born January 27, 1938 in Waco to Floyd Hatcher and Frances (Lane) Hatcher.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and step-father, Willie Lee Baldridge.
Survivors include daughters, Lainey Hamilton of Arlington, and Terri Burkey of Lacy Lakeview; five grandchildren; five great grandchildren; and sister, Delores Withrow of Austin.
