Wanda J. Kepley, 60, of Waco, passed away Wednesday, December 4th. Funeral services have been re-scheduled to 3PM Tuesday, December 10th at Lake Shore Funeral Home Chapel. Wanda was a kind sweet lady. She was always willing to give a helping hand. She loved her family very much and cherished each of her grandchildren.
