My condolences to Twila’s children, family and many friends. She was a very dear lady who will be sorely missed. She loved the Lord and God’s people. I was privileged & honored to have made her acquaintance, I will miss her, but we will see her again. She very much loved her children and grandson.

I was lucky enough to work with twila in Whitney for almost two years. We stayed in touch through Facebook after she left the cafe and I was so happy for her to have finally met someone who made her so happy. Im so confused about all of this, it’s so senseless and heart breaking. Twila my friend,I guess you were just so awesome that God made you an angel. Prayers for your family.

Ashley you couldn’t have said it better. Fair, loving, and the mother to every young waiter and waitress when I worked at Texas Roadhouse. What an amazing influence she was on how to deal with challenges with grace, show strangers compassion, and have empathy for everyone you meet. You will be missed, sweet Twila!

I knew Twila as the loving mother of one of my former kindergarten student, Brayden. She was a very supportive parent,who would send me encouraging notes. I still have one of her kind notes, even after fifteen or so years. Hugs and prayers to her family. May you find peace and God’s love during this time of unmeasurable grief.

Twila’s death is a great loss to us all. She was too young and full of life. I know that death is in God’s time and not ours, but it is hard to understand. My prayers will continue to be with you all during this very difficult time. I pray that Twila’s spirit will live on through her family and friends. For you her family, I will pray that God grants you strength, peace, and understanding. It will be very difficult to move on, but she would expect you to. Praying daily for you.

What a lovely person to have know. We met her at the Whitney Café she was so beautiful and so much fun. Every time we went to the café she always came and gave us a hug. I just found out today about her passing. God Bless her family. We love you and miss you Twila.
