Tonya Jane Durrett, 57, of Waco, passed away Saturday, January 29, 2022 in Waco.
Visitation: 6 to 8 PM, Monday, February 7, 2022 at Lake Shore Funeral Home Chapel.
Graveside Service: 11 AM, Tuesday February 8, 2022, at Rosemound Cemetery with Pastor Jerry Freedman officiating .
Tonya was born March 25, 1964 in Waco. She graduated from Axtell High School in 1982. Her greatest experience was spending time with her family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Patsy Long; brother, Stacy Long; and father, Vance Long.
Tonya is survived by her sister, Terri Long Nors; nieces, Megan Nors, and Jessica Babcock and husband Kenny; nephews, Justin Long, and Reece Nors and wife Avery; and great nephews, Stacy Long and Kenny Babcock. She will be missed by many other relatives and friends.

Condolences for the family of “Tonya Jane Durrett”
My condolences go out to Tonya’s family. I was just thinking of her a few days ago and wondered how she was doing as it has been several years since I had seen her. ‘Was shocked today when I read she passed away. Tonya was such a sweetheart and an awesome and best friend to my sister Ginny. They shared a lot of good times together before Ginny’s passing. May God bless you and bring comfort and peace to you all.
