Steven Eugene Burns, 68, of Waco, passed away after a long illness Tuesday, November 10, 2020.
Service Information:
Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Monday, November 16, 2020 at Lake Shore Funeral Home.
Steven was born September 26, 1952 in Waco to Eugene and Neilda Mae Burns. After finishing school he joined the military. After his time in the service, Steven worked locally. Steven enjoyed fishing and spending time with family.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Eugene and Neilda Mae Burns.
Steven is survived by his sons, Sean Burns and Chad Burns; brothers, Rodney Burns and Roger Burns; sister, Cindy White; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Place of Service: Lake Shore Funeral Home , 5201 Steinbeck Bend; Waco, TX 76708

Rodney, Roger and Cindy I am so sorry to hear about Steve’s passing. I have had a flood of memories come to mind over the last couple of days. Me and Steve didn’t make it but I thought of him often and really hate that he had been sick. My prayers will be with each of you and the rest of the family. Love to all.
