Sharyn Partida, 60, of Waco, passed away June 15, 2017.  She was born on July 4, 1957 to Melva Oldham and John W. Kessinger in Elizabethtown, Kentucky.

Sharyn was a loving mother and grandmother.  She had cute nicknames for all her grandchildren and her face would always light up when she saw them.  She loved to read and would wake up at 5 AM to watch church services on TV.  Her sister, Liz, said Sharyn loved to eat potatoes no matter how they were cooked!  Because she was very sentimental, Sharyn enjoyed picking up little trinkets or gifts for her friends and family.  She found joy in the small things in life.

She was preceded in death by her sister, Beverly Tidmore and her son, Rodrijo Partida.

Survivors include daughters, Rebekah Mirick and Shasta Howard; sons, Antonio Partida and Vincent Walker; 5 sisters, including Elizabeth Bray; 17 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; and numerous nieces and nephews.
