Richard Wayne Bounds, 86, of Belton, passed away Thursday, March 2, 2017 at the Waco VA hospital.
Visitation: 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 7th at Lake Shore Funeral Home.
Military Graveside Services: 12:00 noon Wednesday, March 8th at Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery.
