Rachel Doye, 92, of Waco, passed away Monday, June 4, 2012 at a local nursing center. Graveside services will be 10 a.m. Thursday, June 7, 2012, at Waco Memorial Park with the Rev. Ron Miller officiating. There will be no visitation. Thoughts and memories may be shared in the online Guest Book at www.lakeshorefuneralhome.com.
She was preceded in death by husband, Fred W. Doye; son, Larry Doye; one sister; and two brothers.
Survivors include son, Ted Doye and wife, Velda; grandchildren, Avery McKinney and wife, Leslie, and Tonya Rodriguez and husband, Marcos; five great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews; special sister in law, Rita Varner; and highly honored friend, Gary Ramon.
The family would like to acknowledge a special thank you to Lisa, Stacy, Molly, Sarah, Katie and Bluebonnet Hospice; Sheryl and many others at Regent Care and Valley Mills Nursing Home.
