Patsy Lynn Skinner, 69, of Lacy Lakeview, passed away Tuesday, February 9, 2022.
Visitation: 10:00 – 11:15 AM Wednesday, February 16, 2022 at Lake Shore Funeral Home located at 5201 Steinbeck Bend, Waco, TX 76708..
Funeral Service: 1 PM Wednesday, February 16, 2022 at Rosemound Cemetery located at 3201 S. 12th St. Waco, TX 76706 officiated by Johnny Tull of Grace Gospel Church.
Patsy was born in Waco to James and Rosalie Kemp September 15, 1952. Patsy graduated from La Vega high school. Patsy spent her life as a homemaker and she loved spending time with friends and family.
She was preceded in death by parents, and brother, Ronney Kemp.
Patsy is survived by daughters, Doris Richardson and husband Jerry of Mart, and Robin Westerfield and husband Jerry of Lacy Lakeview; four siblings, ten grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
