Nancy Coffey, 48, of Waco passed away Wednesday, June 22, 2022 at a local hospital.

Memorial Service:  4 PM, Friday, June 24, at Christ the King Baptist Church with Pastor Ramiro Pena officiating. A fellowship will follow the memorial service.

Nancy was born in West, Texas, October 4, 1973. While in high school she sang a cappella, and received many awards for choir.  After graduating high school, she moved to Nacogdoches, Texas to attend SFA college. While working as a cashier, she met the love of her life, Robert Coffey. She loved anything to do with Wonder Woman and was always Robert’s Wonder Woman.

She is survived by her husband of 23 years, Robert Coffey; brother, Chris Worthen; father, Jay Worthen;  and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her mother, Brenda Harwell; step-father, James Harwell; Pepaw and Memaw Worthen; and Grandpa and Grandma Coffey.

To my Worthen Family, Jay Worthen, Chris Worthen, Jeanie, Marie & families & Robert. My thoughts & prayers are with all of you with the loss of your daughter, sister niece & wife. You all have been my family sense I was about 18-19 years old. And when one laughs we all laugh when one is sad we all are sad. Nancy was such a hoot & was loved dearly.
