Michael Young Ammons, 63, of Waco, passed away Sunday, March 12, 2017 at his residence.
According to his wishes, cremation was arranged through Lake Shore Funeral Home. He is survived by his wife, Nanette Wood Ammons of Waco; his children; sisters; and many other relatives.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.

So sorry for your loss,Mike was a friend of the
family for many years,he grew up with my uncle,and I can remember him from his days at Melody Ranch.a good friend.

Nannette I’m so sorry for your loss!! Mike was like a brother tro me when I was growing up. He ran around with my brother Tommy. He will truely be missed.
I’m amazed that more has not been said about mike, He was the father of my niece Misty. I have many fond memories of him as a child growing up, He would take us many places & he had many many things in life he loved doing from playing with cars gun;s down to horse’s so with that said, i Wish the very best for the family & God Bless …
