Mauricio Rios, 17, of Waco, passed away Friday, December 27, 2019.
Visitation: 6:00 – 8:00 pm, Friday, January 3, 2020 at Lake Shore Funeral Home
Funeral Services: 11:00 am, Saturday, January 4 at Calvary Chapel.
Mauricio was full of life, always smiling, and loved kids. He was a forgiving person who loved all of his family. He didn’t worry about what other people thought about him. He was looking forward to playing baseball in the spring.
He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Maria Gallegos; brothers, Aaron Rios-Floyd and Baby Delbert Rios-Floyd; sister, Autumn Rios-Floyd; and cousin, Elizabeth Nicole Madrigal.
Mauricio is survived by his parents, Lisa Rios and Delbert Floyd; sisters, Aaliyah Floyd, Mariah Floyd, Estella Perez Rios, April Floyd, and Maria Floyd; brother, Charles Floyd; aunts, Amanda Rios and husband, Saul Guerrero, Janie Madrigal and husband, Rafael, and Tina Floyd; uncles, Stephen Rios, Albert Rios, and Manuel Rios and wife, Adrianna; grandmother, Estella Perez; grandfathers, Tiburcio Rios Rios and Benito Gallegos; and extended family, Amado De La Paz, Celia Paloblanco, Issac De La Paz, Amado De La Paz, Jr., Jonathon De La Paz, Adrian De La Paz, Laura Bautista, Angela Olguin, Yolanda De La Paz, Octavia Alba, Selena Escobedo, Hector Gonzalez, Heriberto Balderas, Juan Paloblanco, and Jose Paloblanco.
