It was my honor and privilege to know Lois and to work with her at Plantation Foods for many years. She was an extraordinary person: cheerful, peaceful, unassuming but strong and diligent and capable far beyond what might be normal or expected. I was delighted every time I was with her and very proud that she worked with us. I hold her now, with God, in my heavier heart…with love.

I remember the days at St. Paul School, Lois was always happy and caring for everyone. In later years each time I we would see each other she always wanted to catch up with everything. Lovely person and we will miss her.
