Lloyd Lee Morris, 76, of Coolidge, passed away Monday, April 27, 2020 at his residence.

Cremation was arranged and provided by Lake Shore Funeral Home & Crematory

Lloyd Lee Morris born August 10, 1943 in Lawton, Oklahoma passed away April 27, 2020 in Coolidge at the age of 76 after a short battle with Lung and Brain cancer. Lloyd served 21 years in the Navy as an Engine man and served four tours in Vietnam. He retired in 1981 and pursued a career as a mechanic until 1990 and then pursued his lifelong dream of being an over the road truck driver. He retired in 2007 to take care of his ailing wife Judy K Morris of Milton WV. After her passing in 2013, he moved back to Stidham Oklahoma to help care for his elderly father Lloyd ”Dub” Morris. After his fathers passing in 2017 Lloyd moved south to Texas to live with his son Zachary and Zac’s wife Lisa.

He was a loving father to five boys, Lloyd “Dubby” Morris, Danny Morris, Zachary Morris, Andrew Vaughan, and Jesse Ostroski. He also had four stepchildren who he loved immensely, Connie Dyer, Pam Dyer, Ronnie Hardesty, and Dale Hardesty.

Lloyd was preceded in death by his wife, Judy K. Morris; his father, Lloyd B Morris; his son, Danny Morris; and his mother, Penny Vaughan.

He is survived in death by sisters, Tena Feack and Deedee Francis; and brothers, Terry Vaughan, Frank Vaughan and Phillip Morris; countless nieces, nephews and grandchildren who loved him greatly.

He will be impossible to replace and always missed. Lloyd wished for his ashes to be spread in Oklahoma and California. Services for those will be announced.

Lloyd and I was in the Navy together, he had inspired me too continue my Navy career. He was also a very good friend, we spent many work and time off together. I will cherish the afternoon we talked on the phone a week prior to is time to leave us to see the Chief Engineer in Heaven. He will be missed by myself and many other ?
