John J. Brehm, a resident of Valley Mills, TX, passed away on Sunday, January 14, 2024.He was born in New York on December 14, 1937. He was a longtime resident of Hampton, VA. From 1962 to 2021. He then moved to Valley Mills, TX in 2021 to present 2024. John served in the U.S. Air Force for 10 years, retired from the City of Newport News as a Sr. Mechanical Inspector, owned Hampton Incredible T’s, and served his community at the Hampton Fire & Rescue Department as a Volunteer Fireman at the Fox Hill Volunteer Fire Company.
John was proceeded in death by his wife, Jean; and his parents, John and Margaret Brehm.
John is survived by his sister, Lorraine Connolly, and husband, Bill; his son, Roger; daughter, Edna Moreno, and husband, Stephen.
John was a member of the Fox Hill Central United Methodist Church in Hampton.
Graveside service will be held at a future date.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Virginia Peninsula Foodbank, 2401 Aluminum Ave., Hampton, VA 23661

I work with John at Fox Hill Central doing videos for the church services. John was always ready to help when asked. John was greatly missed when he moved to Texas. May God comfort the Brehm family.
