James L. Collins, 66, of Waco, passed away Saturday, October 25th at a local hospital.
Cremation Graveside Service: Currently Pending at Rosemound Cemetery.
James was born May 7, 1948 in Waco, the son of Howard E. Lumpkin and Billie Ruth Shilling.
He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother; one sister; one son; and a niece.
Survivors include his children, Laura Dockery, Matthew Collins, and Robert Collins; six grandchildren, all of North Carolina; sisters, Pat Steele-Covy of West, Janet Baker of Waco, and Elaine Hosford of Tennessee; brother, Gary Lumpkin of Bridge City; several nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins; and special aunt and uncle, Andrea and Billy Nightingale of Waco.
