Harold Glenn Watts, 79, a life-time resident of Waco, went home to "Hallelujah Square" Sunday, October 12th. Graveside services with military honors will be 10AM Wednesday, October 15th at Waco Memorial Park with his nephew-in-law, Rev. Gary Tull, and Chaplain Kevin Avery officiating. Visitation will be 6 to 8PM Tuesday at Lake Shore Funeral Home, 5201 Steinbeck Bend in Waco. Thoughts and memories may be shared in the online Guest Book at www.LakeShoreFuneralHome.com.
Harold was born September 4, 1929 in Waco to Ben and Eula Mae (Hyden) Watts. He served with the Army Air Corps during World War II in the South Pacific and Japan. He met Lena Faye Judd on Thanksgiving in 1950 and they married on December 29, 1950. They were blessed with three children. He loved his family dearly and was a wonderful husband, father and

To all the Watts family. I am so glad to be a part of your extended family. Though distance has kept us apart, you are always close at heart. I am so sorry for your loss but excited for Heaven’s gain. Harold will be building us new gates at Heaven’s door so when it is our appointed time, St. Peter will welcome us through the new gates to be with Harold and our other loved ones too. There are really no words that provide comfort when you lose the love the of your life but know that I am praying for you and your family. May God love and keep you close to Him in the days ahead.
