Daryl Dwaine Cox, Sr., 60, of Waco, passed away Friday, August 16, 2013. A graveside funeral service is scheduled for 10am, Wednesday, August 21, 2013 at Patrick Cemetery in Waco with Rev. Daryl was born November 7, 1952 in Midland to Evelyn (Baughman) and John Cox. He served the United States Army in Vietnam and Korea. He later became an AC technician and was self employed for many years. He loved spending time with his grandchildren, as well as relaxing by hunting or fishing.
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Doris Decolia McNeely Cox; his sister, Iris Leveria Wojnarowski; and dear friend, Bobbie Jean Jobe.
He is survived by a daughter, Decolia Ann Cox and friend Dustin David; three sons, David Lynn Roelle and wife Jessica, DJ Niles, and Daryl Dwaine Cox, Jr.; four grandchildren, Anthony Dwaine Bolin, Joshua Michael Koeppel, Cheyenna Hason, and Jason and wife Kristan Jobe; sister, Viola Marie Cox and husband Bill Damery; two brothers, Roger Omar Cox and wife Mary Ann, and James Charles Cox; and many other relatives and friends.
