Charles “Chuck” White of China Spring passed away Sunday May 10th at Providence Hospital.
Memorial Services: 2PM Wednesday, May 13th at Lake Shore Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Tammy Jo Biddy officiating.
Visitation: 6 to 8PM Tuesday, May 12th at Lake Shore Funeral Home, 5201 Steinbeck Bend in Waco.
Chuck owned and operated Chuck White Trucking and Aggregate Solutions with his wife Sandi and son, Wade. Chuck was an incredible businessman. He built several businesses over his lifetime as well as mentoring other in business. He also owned and operated Limestone Products until selling the business in 1996.
Chuck loved life and to go fast. His passion was building cars. His hobbies ranged from drag cars to antique cars to big trucks. He enjoyed spending time with his fellow car enthusiast, Cruisin’ the Coast in Biloxi MS, going to the Salt Flats in UT, or watching Wade at the dirt track. Chuck was important to so many. From being a husband, father, paw-paw, son, brother, friend or business associate – he was the guy that had the answer to the problem.
Chuck is preceded in death by his father Elbert “Jasper” White and a sister Paula Omberg–Yarber.
His survivors include his wife Sandra Harwell – White. His mother Virginia Wilson of Waco, a sister Pam Bradbury and friend Cookie of Bosqueville, his son Wade White and wife Michelle of Gholson, stepchildren Brandi Clark of Waco, Paul Harwell and wife Amber of College Station, Wesley Harwell and wife Simran of China Spring, five grandchildren: Austin, Lindsey, Tabatha, Ira, and Emeri, and mother-in-law Peggy Henry.
The family would like to thank Dr. Burnett of Waco Surgical Group, Dr. Hanysak of Waco Gastro, Dr. Harris of Central Texas Oncology, Dr. Ritchie of Waco Lung Associated, Dr. Goodsett and the staff at Providence Hospital for their incredible care.
