Willie L. Page, 90, of Waco, passed away Friday, January 9th at a local nursing center. Funeral services will be 10AM Tuesday, January 13th at Lake Shore Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Darrell Price officiating. Burial will follow at Cottonwood Cemetery near Hubbard. Visitation will be 6 to 8PM Monday at Lake Shore Funeral Home, 5201 Steinbeck Bend in Waco. She was preceded in death by her husband James H. Page in 1977; and three sons, Henry Page, Jerry Page and Ronald M. Page.

Survivors include sons, Jimmy Page of Waco and Jackie Page and wife, Karen of China Spring; devoted daughter-in-law, Paula Wilson of Hewitt; 8 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; and brothers, Charlie Herrell of Hillsboro and Odell Herrell of Maypearl.

Grandsons will be pallbearers.

Memorials may be made to Cottonwood Cemetery Association in Hubbard.

  1. It really didn’t hit me that your gone until this afternoon. We were leaving church and I almost made the comment, "Let’s go by and visit Mamoo." I caught myself and was a little saddened afterward. You have always been around and I will miss you very much. You were my only grandparent. I know you are so happy to be with all of your family now and free from all that made you ill but, I still miss you. Love you Mamoo

  3. I grew up with Willie`s sons-Jerry, Ronnie,Jackie,and Jimmy in East Waco . I remember the family from Calhoun and Hood streets–East Waco Elementry and East Junior high Schools. She was always a positive nfluence , hard working mom ,and a good provider in raising her family in a rough part of town. May God bless her soul and the family.
