I am so sorry for your loss. I am Terry, Bennies oldest son. I was forwarded this by my sister Diana Gillum Reed. I am sorry or never getting to meet him and other family members. Bennies allowed my step Dad to adopt me so that is why My name is no longer Gillum. Again I am very sorry for your loss.

I knew “Bill”from about age 14.At that time,he was married to Winnie.Bill was a Volunteer,at Quality Care nursing home, where my mother,Sybil Jennings, was activity director.Bikl would drive all the way to Gholsin to get watermelons, then cut them up and serve, all the residents. Then after Winnie passed away,he married Betty, his second love.Few people,Bless more people in a lifetime, than Bill Gillum! I know I will see him one day, probably slicing a piece of watermelon or driving his old tan farm truck, down the streets of Gold.Sureky,Heaven has a special place, for Bill Gillum.
