My thoughts and prayers are with the family and friends. I am in Michigan and will not be able to attend Wilburn’s services.

It was an honor serving with Wilburn in the Waco Citizens Police Academy Alumni Association. He will be missed by all of his friends and associates.

My condolences to the family of one of my good friends, Wilburn Lessman. He will be missed by so very many of us. May God comfort you all.

I am so sorry to read about the loss this morning. I haven’t seen Wilburn since Ellen Jo’s funeral. Wilburn has been a good friend to me throughout my life and I will miss him dearly. Stacy’s and my thoughts are with you all during this time of both mourning and celebration. Wilburn has gone home to be with our Lord and we will see him again. Unfortunately neither Stacy nor I will be able to attend the services on Friday or Visitation on Thursday because we are out of town at a seminar.
