Virginia Deann (DeDe) Perez, 55, of Waco, passed away on January 12, 2022 surrounded by loved ones who will continue to honor her legacy by living life and enjoying family and friends.

She was blessed with a large family and loving network of friends. She was truly loved, touching many people’s lives as she was a kind-hearted soul with as sweet disposition.  She adored her kids, grandkids, family and friends.

DeDe was born October 22, 1966 to Mac and Mary Bohon.  She is survived by her parents, husband Mario Perez, her children, Mario Perez Jr, Angela Perez, her husband Juan Jose Perez, her sisters Windy Bohon and Julie Perez, her Grandchildren, Christopher Perez, Ariana Perez and Josiah Perez, many nephews, nieces and other family and friends.

The family wishes to offer a warm welcoming invitation to all family and friends for the following services to celebrate her life and also want to extend their sincere thanks to all for your thoughts and prayers.

She will have a viewing and Rosary services Monday January 17th from 6pm to 8pm at Lakeshore Funeral Home.  Tuesday will be a quaint memorial service at Bruceville Community Church with Lloyd ‘Bubba’ Strickland officiating followed by a small graveside prayer at Eddy Cemetery.  Food and memories will follow afterwards at the church.

    We just found out today of the passing of Virginia. We want to send our condolences here at Williams Recovery to the friends and family. I sure will miss her calling, she always talked about her kids and grandbabies, the way she talked about them you could hear the love. She was always a joy to hear from when she called for us to pick up a car in the DFW area. RIH Virginia
