Vincent Navarro beloved Husband, Father, Grandfather and servant of the Lord passed away peacefully at his home Thursday morning, December 22. He was 88 years old.

Vincent was a long time resident of Waco. For more than three decades he was the chef at Nick’s Restaurant.

Vincent was devoted to his Lord and Savior. He served as deacon and treasurer of Primera Iglesia Bautista of Waco (First Mexican Baptist Church) for several years and later became Pastor at a South Waco mission.

Vincent is preceded in death by his two sons, Lupe Cruz Navarro and Joe Cruz Garcia.

He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Juanita; two daughters Anna Marie Segura and Betty Dawson; sons Frank, Johnny, Daniel, Albert, Martin and Luis; granddaughter Laurie Dawson; grandsons Andrew Navarro, Stephen Segura, Johnny Garcia, Jr., Jose Garcia, Jr.; and great-grandson Brian Dawson.

Visitation: 5 to 7PM Monday, December 26 at Lake Shore Funeral Home.

Funeral Services: 10AM Tuesday, December 27 at Lake Shore Funeral Home Chapel, 5201 Steinbeck Bend, Waco. Burial will follow at Waco Memorial Park.
