Tony Lee Hennig, 49, of Waco, passed away Wednesday, May 15th at a Temple hospital. Funeral services will be 3PM Sunday, May 19th at Lake Shore Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. James Stevens officiating. Burial will follow at Bosqueville Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service only. No other visitation is planned. Tony was born May 3, 1964. He absolutely adored his one and only child, Tierra.
Survivors include daughter, Tierra Hennig; granddaughter, Tatum Hennig; father, Tommy Hennig, Sr. and wife Betty; mother, Patsy Abbott; brothers, Tommy Hennig and wife Dona, Timothy Hennig, Tracy Hennig, and Justin Hennig; sister, Connie Goodwin; several nieces, nephews and other relatives; and long time friends, Kenny Bason and Lynda Wilson.
Pallbearers will be Dustin Hennig, Kenny Bason, Brandon Goodwin, Cody Goodwin Rodney Price, and Billy Reid.
Memorials may be made to American Cancer Society.

R.I.H. (Rest In Heaven) I love you and will miss you dearly.
Tony never met a stranger. He was always smiling. He was one of my best friends. He will be missed, but the memories will live on forever.
Thirteen years wasn’t long enough,but I am grateful for them. You have been a best friend, a brother, and the greatest boss anyone could ask for. You have lifted me up when I was down, you showed me unconditional love and friendship, and when I needed guidance you were always there. Through some of our darkest days, you have shown me a strength that I could only hope to have one day. I love you my friend. Soar with the Angels.
