Timothy Marvin Harwell, 78, of Bosqueville, passed away suddenly on Sunday, January 19, 2025.
Visitation: 6 to 8PM Monday, January 27 at Lake Shore Funeral Home
Funeral Service: 10AM Tuesday, January 28 at Lake Shore Funeral Home Chapel
Burial: China Spring Cemetery
Tim was born December 18, 1946 in Waco to Marvin Leslie and Tiny Mae (Brown) Harwell and was raised in Riesel. Tim worked as a rural letter carrier for 30 years. Tim’s favorite pastimes were collecting and shooting firearms. He was an avid outdoorsman and loved to camp, fish, dove hunting and hiking in his younger days. But his favorite thing to do was simply being with and visiting with his family. Tim was a good man with a big heart who loved his family dearly; and if you knew Tim, you would agree that it was a blessing to be in his company.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and son, Jason Kirk Harwell.
Survivors include his son, Josh Harwell; grandchildren, Jamie Stanfield (Dustin), J.T. Harwell, Bailey Harwell, Brooke Lamb (Trevor), and Samuel Harwell; great grandchildren, Liam, and Fenixx; sisters, Valerie Kelinski (Monroe), and Myra Matthews (Mike); and several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to Scottish Rite Hospital for Children, Dallas, TX.
