Our beloved Daughter, Wife, Mom, Meme, Aunt T, Terry Jo Smith, 63, of China Spring, TX passed away on Monday, November 1, 2021. She was born June 17, 1958, in Galveston, TX.
Memorial service will be held Monday November 8, 2021 2 PM at Lake Shore Funeral Home.
She was full of love and kindness. She also loved Elvis, butterflies, and singing. She loved her family deeply and will be greatly missed.
She was preceded in death by her fathers Wilburn Dreyer and Jo Ed Cox, brother Bobby Joe Cox, and her grandson Layton Lee Smith.
She is survived by her husband Mitchell Smith; Son Michael Smith and wife Dee Ann of Republic, MO; Daughter Sherry Beeman and husband Robert of China Spring, TX; Mother Dorothy Dreyer; Siblings Missy Waters, Tammie Schmidt, and Eddie Heard; Niece Abby Waters; Grandchildren Haley, Austin, Makayla, Avori, Addison Smith and JoLee and Jake Beeman; Great-grandson Liam. She was also loved by many aunts, uncles, and cousins whom she adored.

Gonna miss you sweet lady. You were always such a joy to be around. I wish i had just half of your funny, sweet and loving personality. I know you are in a better place now and around all your family that have already gone before you. I know I will see you again someday and look forward to that day. Love you and thank you for raising such a caring son. So for now its not goodbye but see you later. ❤❤❤
We are really going to miss Terry! She has always been so very kind and welcoming. We love you, Sherry and the whole family, too.

I loved you the first day I met you! I have so many memories with you and Missy that I will never forget. I will never forget that smile, kind heart and your laugh. I loved it when me and Missy got to babysit Michael and Sherry, that was some of the best times ever. You will truly be missed. Don’t worry about Missy, Abby and Greyson, I will take care of them. RIP. Until we meet again.
Terry will be greatly missed. She was one of the most kind, loving, giving people I have ever known. Loved dearly by all that knew her well. ❤
