Condolence from Randy Foshee on February 9th, 2019 11:49 am

After seeing the video it’s hard to believe someone so full of life has gone so soon. I am truly sorry he was taken at such a young age. It’s obvious he loved and cared much about his family. I knew his parents when they married and first met Russell when he was 4 or 5 years old and saw him occasionally during family visits to Texas; the last time was 13 years ago. Russell was always up to something fun , smiling and happy. I know he will truly be missed by family and friends.
Our prayers go out to Cindy and the rest of the family in their time of grieving and celebration of Russel’s life.
