Ronald E. Parham passed away Wednesday, July 6, 2022. Ronald’s military service will be honored and commemorated at the Long Island National Cemetery (Farmingdale, NY).

Ronald E. Parham was born in Jamaica, New York on August 8, 1967.  Ronald was the oldest of three children born to the union of Clarence Parham and Jacqueline Shaw.  Ronald was raised by his loving grandmother, the angelic Lettie Lee Eley, and grandfather, Antnie Sumler.  Ronald graduated Richmond Hill High School (Queens, NY), and later completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Arts and Design from the School of Visual Arts (New York, NY).

Following the National Tragedy of September 11, 2001, Ronald joined the United States Army to fight for his country.  All who knew Ronald, knew he was a proud Veteran!

His siblings include Lichelle Lee, Lawaun Parham (Ray), Shannon Davis (Ronald), and Christian DeLoach.  Ronald was preceded in death by his grandmother, Lettie Lee Eley, and grandfather Antnie Sumler; his parents, Jacqueline Shaw and Clarence Parham; and his late wife, Ellen Outley.

Ronald E. Parham leaves many family members, friends, and loved ones to cherish his memory.  His sisters Lichelle, Lawaun and Shannon, and brother Christian.  His nieces Dionna, Arielle, Zarah, and Amirah, and nephews Oran, and Elijah.  And a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, and military brothers and sisters.

  1. Give my condolences and prayers to family. He was such a smart intelligent young man and cousin in law. He was very outspoken and wouldn’t hold his tongue. He will be missed gone but not forgotten. RIP RP 🙏
