I met Bob 29 years ago when our sweet Albert Chrisman asked him to come help us out at Connally ISD Tax Office. Bob Collins was the perfect person for this. He was always the sweetest person in the best mood no matter what might be going on. He was always there to help us out whenever we needed him. Thank you Mrs. Collins for sharing Bob with us. He was the most pleasant man I have ever known. My God bless you and your family.
