On Tuesday, January 15th of 2019 at 1PM, Richard Franklin AKA Pop, went to be with the Lord. He was a beloved father, father-in-law, grandfather, and dear friend to many. He was also a very good-spirited man and an honorable veteran. He will be greatly missed. We love you Pop.

I knew him well for 43 years.
He was quite a character. ????
I witnessed many different times him doing very kind, generous, and gracious things for others. Acts of great kindness and complete selflessness. This is the good/God that I saw in him. He was a good man and a good Pop.
