Richard Gutierrez Resendez, 57, of Waco, passed away from this world into the arms of his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on Monday, June 15, 2020 at Baylor Scott & White Hillcrest Medical Center in Waco
Graveside Service: 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, June 24, at Rosemound Cemetery in Waco with his cousin, Ben Resendez presiding and Beatrice R. Rodriquez singing Rick’s favorite songs
Rick was born in Waco to Isaias Resendez and Victoria Gutierrez Resendez. He worked as a Security Guard for many years before his death.
Rick is survived by his wife of 35 years, Rhonda Fay Resendez; his sons; Richard J.Resendez and Robert S. Resendez; and grandchildren, Arianna, Chris and Megan.
His wife and sons would like to sincerely thank all of his brothers and sisters in Christ for their love and prayers. Also, a special thank you to the Baylor Scott & White Hillcrest Medical Center and their Hospice Comfort Care and The McClinton Cancer Center for their support and compassion shown to Rick.
