Rhonda Kay Fogle, 50, of Waco passed away Sunday, November 24, 2019. Graveside service will take place 11:00 a.m. Monday, December 2, 2019 in the McGregor City Cemetery. Rhonda was born March 21, 1969 in Gregg County to Clarence Edward and Judy Ann (Thompson) Gill. She married the love of her life, Mark Fogle on May 27, 2000. Rhonda was a loving wife, mother and friend. She enjoyed cooking and loved all music especially gospel. Rhonda believed in the power of God Almighty and the mercy of His love.Rhonda is survived by her loving husband, Mark; beloved son, Sean Riley Marcus; father, Clarence Edward Gill; mother, Judy Ann Thompson; brother, Joseph Gill; and sister, Karen.
