Paul H. Jobe, 71, of Lott, formerly of China Spring and Waco, passed away Monday, November 20, 2012 at an area nursing center. Memorial services will be 10 AM Saturday, November 24, at Lake Shore Funeral Home Chapel, 5201 Steinbeck Bend in Waco with Rev. Mr. Jobe was born November 14, 1941, in Wortham Bend in McLennan County to Charlie and Elizabeth (Willingham) Jobe. He was welcomed home by seven sisters and brothers and four more came later making twelve children.

Paul went to China Spring schools. He worked ten years at Belton Rock Wool Company, then in different construction, maintenance and amusement companies during his early years. He later retired to working in his garden, repairing lawn mowers, playing games on the computer and finally, his last past time was scratching lotto tickets.

He was preceded in death by his parents; six brothers and three sisters.

Survivors include his wife, Marie Fleming of Lott, formerly of Waco; daughters, Paula Mabry of Belton, Brenda Greenhill of Holland, Paula Mabry of Belton, Brenda Greenhill of Holland, Alice Cortez of Temple, Dorothy Santos and husband, Lupe, of Holland, and Elizabeth Daugherty of Temple; brothers, Alton Jobe and Howard Jobe; sisters, Charlene Tye, Barbara Dailey, Shirley McGovern, Mattie Brown; 16 grandchildren; and 12 great grandchildren.
