Chad Kimberling

Born and raised in the Ft. Worth area, I moved to Waco in 1998 after marrying my college sweetheart, Traci. I graduated from Tarleton State University in 1998 with a Bachelors of Science degree in Exercise and Sport Studies. After a brief stint as a teacher, I attended the Dallas Institute of Funeral Service and graduated in 2001. I worked as a provisional director in Abilene and Stephenville, before moving back to  the Waco area in 2003 where I spent the next 4 years at Pecan Grove Funeral Home in Robinson as Manager.

In the spring of 2007, I returned to education and taught and coached at Midway Middle School and High School, where in 2010 I was an assistant coach for the State Champion Midway Pantherette softball team. From 2010 to 2013, I was the Head Softball Coach at Granbury High School and the Head Softball Coach at New Caney High School from 2013 to 2016. My family and I moved back to the Waco area in the spring of 2016, and from 2016 to 2018 I was the Head Softball Coach at Axtell High School.

Having never completely gotten away from the Funeral Service Industry, I was lead to Lake Shore Funeral Home in February of 2018, and I am proud to serve as a Funeral Director for Lake Shore and the Shehorn family.

Above all else, I am extremely proud to be married to my wife of over 20 years, Traci. We have two children, Taylor and Chandler. My wife and I enjoy traveling, and watching our children in their athletic endeavors. We all enjoy camping and fishing, and are huge fans of the Texas Rangers.
